Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:
1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to the prize draw terms and conditions as detailed below.
2. The prize draw is being run by Birmingham County Football Association (BCFA).
Eligibility to Enter
3. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age (BCFA staff members are excluded from entering the draw)
4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
6. The prize draw is free to enter.
How to enter
7. The prize draw is open to all those who currently follow the BCFA social channels or who are
8. To enter the prize draw entrants, need to have joined the WeAre8 social platform, before following the Save Today, Play Tomorrow (WeareSTPT) profile which is managed by BCFA. Entrants must like the prize draw post and comment ‘Three Lions’ to be eligible.
9. BCFA will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
The Prize
10. The prize is for 2 x pairs of tickets for entry to see England play Latvia in the World Cup Qualifiers on the 24th of March 2025 at Wembley Stadium.
11. The prize only covers ticketed entry to the stadium for Monday the 24th of March 2025. Any subsequent costs incurred through travel, subsistence or accommodation will be covered wholly by the winner.
12. The winners will be drawn at random.
13. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
14. BCFA reserve the right to withdraw the prizes should they be found to be used for financial gain by either individuals or organisations
15. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
16. The decision of BCFA regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner announcement
17. The winner will be notified after Friday the 2nd of March, 2025.
18. BCFA will attempt to contact the winner a maximum of two times.
19. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 48hrs they will lose their right to the prize, and BCFA reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Receipt of the prize
20. The winners of the tickets will receive their prize electronically via email once the names of the recipients have been received

Data protection and publicity
22. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by BCFA for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
23. An announcement of the winner’s name will be made via BCFA’s social channels.
24. All personal information shall be used in accordance with BCFAs Privacy Notice.
Limitation of Liability
25. BCFA does not accept liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
26. BCFA reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
27. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
